opinions of Imam Khomeini (peace be upon him) is where the witnesses testify against someone for intentional murder and another person also confesses that he killed the same victim intentionally. This research, which is written in a descriptive-analytical method and referring to library sources, deals with the position of symptoms in the narration of Zorare from Imam Baqir (peace be upon him) in the mentioned subject based on the opinion of Imam Khomeini (peace be upon him). The result is that caution which is required and non-aggression on bloodwhich is required are the two fundamental elements that Imam Khomeini (peace be upon him) presented in this issue. This multi-component attitude has caused him to not issue a fatwa in accordance with the content of the mentioned narration, even though he considered Zorare's narration to be correct and paid attention to the practice of jurists, and as a result, the contents of Zorare's narration were rejected. The consequent effect on these symptoms is that there is a huge difference between the opinion of Imam Khomeini (peace be upon him) and other jurists on the issue of the conflict of evidence and confession in intentional murder. The jurisprudence of Imam Khomeini (peace be upon him) in this issue has an influence on the principle of sanctity of the Muslim life in his political thought.
