In this study "justice and freedom in the political thought of Imam Khomeini" tries to examine two important concepts of political thought _ justice and freedom_ in the political thought of Imam Khomeini as in the end not only with a clear awareness of what these two key concepts (justice and freedom) in his political thought we won, but also importance, position and relation of these two concepts to each other in the political thought of Imam Khomeini become clear for us. Freedom is as one of the main themes and concepts of every political thought that can direct that thought. Justice as an inalienable principle in the political thought of Imam Khomeini will form the foundation of many other concepts. Topic of research theoretically has historical importance because of the long history of political thought has always been existed dialogue and fundamental differences over several key concepts. That is the importance of freedom and justice relation, theoretically combined and reconciliation justice and freedom according to the roots and foundations of the formation, it is very difficult. From a scientific standpoint cannot deny the importance of topic because clarifying relation of freedom and justice for the political thought of Imam Khomeini reflects the policy of the Islamic Revolution since the formation; It is exactly not important theoretically but also act as a manifesto for the Islamic Republic and show the deviation or adherence of elite in power towards the political thought of the founder of the Islamic Revolution in relation to the two principles. It can, therefore, facilitate policy making according to goals of the Islamic Revolution in micro and macro levels. This issue is a new research about political thought of Imam Khomeini because until now it has not been conducted serious work in terms of relation and importance of these two concepts, as well as position of each to other in the political thought of Imam Khomeini.
