Guide for Authors

 

Standards of writing articles

1- The topic must be related to the journal’s specialty field and major themes.

2- Articles are required to be scientific, research and document-based.

3- Note that articles must not have been previously published in another publication or in the proceedings of seminars or not be under review and press.

4- The articles should be provided in Microsoft Office Word with maximum up to 8,000 words in length.

5- The Persian abstract can be up to 180 words including subject, methodology, and the most important results along with keywords (5-10).

6- All names, concepts and terminology of great importance should be translated into English and inscribed in the footnote of each page.

7- When referencing to Imam Khomeini’s works, be sure to use Sahifeh-ye Imam instead of Sahifeh-ye Noor and books published by Institute for Compilation and Publication of Imam Khomeini's Works.

8- To cite a source inside the text, the following format (author’s name, year of publication: page number) should be used.

9- References are represented at the end of the article as follows:

- Book: author’s surname, first name. (Publication date). The title of the book. Translator’s name, place of publication: publisher’s name, Publishing period (similarly, the same instruction is followed for Latin books).

- Article: author’s surname, first name. (Publication date). Article’s title. Publication’s name, Issue number (similarly, the same instruction is followed for Latin books).

- Thesis: author’s surname, first name. (Publication date). Thesis title. (Education level and field of study), University name, Faculty name.

- Internet references: surname, first name. (Date of access to the source on the internet), full site address.
