- Initial receiving
- Reviewing conditions (relevance to the priorities of the quarterly journal and observance of the article’s structural rules)
- If the conditions are not met, rejection of the article will be announced to the author.
- If the initial conditions are met, the article will be sent to the honorable referees for evaluation.
- Having reviewed the article, the author will be notified if his/her work is not of sufficient quality to be published.
- If approved, the author will be informed by the referees.
- In case of need for revisions, the article is sent back to the author who must return the revised manuscript within 15 days.
- The revised manuscript will be sent to the referee for final confirmation.
- Having approved by the referee, the paper is accepted.
