This paper intends to study the quality of reflection of most important values of the Islamic Revolution in the last wills of martyrs of the Imposed War. To that end, after reviewing the conceptual and theoretical literature of “value”, we have presented the conceptual framework of the research work, including four important aspects and 17 components of the Islamic Revolution’s values. The research population in this paper includes all martyrs of Ilam Province with a last will, constituting a workload of 462 cases. Findings of the paper show that in view of sticking to the values reflected in the last wills, social values have the lion’s share of 40 percent and the lowest rank goes to economic values with only 6 percent. In terms of attaching significance to components of each value, anti-imperialism stands first with 64.9 percent and justice comes at the end of the list with 3.1 percent. Content analysis is the best methodology for this kind of research work.
