Abstract
Allameh Mohammad Hossein Fazlollah was a great thinker and intellectual in Islamic and political issues. In his view, inspired by the Islamic Revolution and subsequent developments, Islamic Revolution is a movement to change non-Islamic governments and policies into Islamic government and policies, consequently establishing justice and equity in the society. He argues that, some rules and obligations concerning the thoughts and deeds of political activists must be clarified and observed according to time requirements to make activities effectual. This paper intends to analyze Islamic Revolution requirements. The author has used a descriptive-analytical method and library sources to review some requirements of an effectual revolution in view of this thinker and scholar including political fight along with intellectual fight, surprising the enemy and non-compromisation, gradual invitation before the revolution, observing religious principles and separation of interests, teleology in taking position, adopting open policy in political relations, establishing political party and organizational activity.
